Locating Square Roots

The Ministry is migrating nzmaths content to Tāhurangi.

Activity

Problem: “Meriana designs a square swimming pool, which she wants to have an area of 75 m2.

Unfortunately the square root button on her calculator is damaged, so she will have to find another way of finding square roots.”

Stick these tables on the board from Material Master 8–22.
